Our smooth flame retardant sponge tube adopts high-quality closed-cell PVC cellular foam material with glossy smooth outer surface, uniform foam interior and stable soft elasticity. The smooth surface is easy to wipe and clean, not easy to accumulate dust, ideal for indoor playground and indoor equipment protection.
This product strictly complies with GB 8624-2012 B1 combustion standard and UL94 flame retardant specifications, featuring self-extinguishing, low smoke, waterproof and anti-static performance. The material maintains bright color for long-term use with excellent anti-oxidation and aging resistance, no cracking or hardening after years of indoor use.
Smooth foam tubes can be freely cut into any length, tightly fit steel pipes of various diameters, effectively buffer collision impact to avoid scratch and injury for kids and operators. We support full customization of tube size, wall thickness, foam density and color, factory bulk supply with stable delivery cycle.
