What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 500 meters per color and specification. However, for sample orders and trial projects, we can accommodate smaller quantities. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
How do I get a price quotation?
Simply send us your requirements including product type (Smooth/Textured/Diamond Pattern), dimensions (inner diameter, wall thickness, length), color, and estimated quantity. We provide quotations within 24 hours during business days.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes! We provide free samples of our standard products. You only need to cover the shipping cost. Samples typically ship within 3-5 business days.
Product & Technical
What materials are your sponge tubes made of?
Our flame retardant sponge tubes are made from a proprietary PVC/NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) blended foam. This combination provides excellent fire resistance, flexibility, durability, and color consistency.
What sizes are available?
We offer inner diameters from 20mm to 100mm and wall thicknesses from 5mm to 25mm. Custom sizes are available upon request. Standard lengths are 1 meter and 2 meters, with custom cutting available.
What colors are available?
We offer 16 standard colors including red, blue, yellow, green, orange, pink, purple, white, black, grey, and more. Custom color matching is available for orders above 1,000 meters per color.
What is the fire rating of your products?
All our flame retardant sponge tubes meet GB 8624 B1 (China's national standard for flame retardant materials) and UL1975 (UL Standard for Fire Tests of Foamed Plastics). Test certificates are available upon request.
Shipping & Logistics
How are the products packaged?
Products are packed in standard export cartons or woven bags, with inner plastic film protection. Custom packaging including private labeling and retail-ready packaging is available for OEM orders.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship worldwide via sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). We work with all major shipping lines and can ship to your designated forwarder.
What is the typical lead time?
Standard orders ship within 7-15 business days. Custom color and size orders typically require 15-25 business days. Exact lead times depend on order quantity and current production schedule.
Quality & Compliance
Do your products meet international safety standards?
Yes. Our products are GB 8624 B1 and UL1975 certified. We are actively pursuing EN 71 (European toy safety), ASTM F963 (US toy safety), and RoHS/REACH certifications. Our materials are non-toxic, phthalate-free, and BPA-free.
What quality control measures do you have?
Every production batch undergoes testing for fire resistance, dimensional accuracy, color consistency, tensile strength, and tear resistance. We maintain detailed batch records and can provide test reports with shipments.
Can I visit your factory?
Absolutely! We welcome factory visits from customers and partners. Our facility is located in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. Please schedule your visit in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
