Wuhan Chuangyida Plastic Co., Ltd. was established in 2005 in Wuhan, Hubei Province — the heart of central China. Over the past two decades, we have grown into one of China's leading manufacturers of flame retardant sponge tubes, specializing in protective padding solutions for indoor playgrounds, kindergartens, children's toys, sports facilities, and amusement equipment.
Our Factory
Our manufacturing facility spans over 5,000 square meters and is equipped with state-of-the-art production lines, including multiple PVC/NBR extrusion lines, precision cutting machines, color mixing systems, and comprehensive quality testing laboratories. With an annual production capacity exceeding 500 tons and daily output of 2,000+ meters, we are well-positioned to handle orders of any scale.

Quality is the cornerstone of our business. Every batch of our flame retardant sponge tubes undergoes rigorous testing for fire resistance, dimensional accuracy, color consistency, and physical durability. We are proud to hold the following certifications:
- GB 8624 B1 — China's national standard for flame retardant building materials (Class B1 — Flame Retardant)
- UL1975 — UL Standard for Fire Tests of Foamed Plastics Used for Decorative Purposes
