Project Overview
A large-scale indoor playground and family entertainment center required comprehensive safety padding for all metal structural supports. The facility, spanning over 3,000 square meters, included multiple play zones for different age groups, from toddler areas to challenging climbing structures for older children.

The project required over 2,000 meters of protective padding in multiple colors to match the playground's themed zones. All materials needed to meet strict fire safety regulations for enclosed public spaces, and the installation had to be completed within a tight 4-week construction schedule.
Solution
Our Smooth Flame Retardant Sponge Tubes were selected for this project. We supplied tubes in 8 different diameters (25mm to 80mm) across 6 different colors (rainbow theme: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple). All products were GB 8624 B1 certified and accompanied by full fire test documentation.
